Plumbing issues

Standard

Know what happens when you stuff an entire box of toddler toilet wipes down the toilet and flush?  A $320 plumbing bill.  Yikes!

Nug loves her some toilet paper and toddler wipes but she loves to just put it all in the toilet even more.

This morning we got the joy of calling our first plumber ever to snake out our whatchamacallit pipe/drain thingy because sewer water was coming up into our basement.  I am thankful that a)our basement is not finished, b)our basement isn’t nice, and c)that all our valuables are stored up high.  Oh, and I guess I am thankful for plumbers.  And even more thankful for sharing some awesome poop jokes with my Awesome Husband as we bleached away the morning – cleaning up sewer junk will do it to you.

So, parents out there with toddlers who love putting stuff in that little white porcelain bowl, make sure to count the toilet paper squares because you never know what or when something will happen!
