No bake energy balls

I saw this recipe yesterday on moneysavingmom.com and thought I would give it a shot.  You can find the recipe here or look below.

1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
1/3 cup honey
1 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla

Give a kiss to the baker:-)

 

Admire how pretty the baker is.

Put ingredients into a bowl.

Stir. Stir. Stir.

Grab a chocolate chip to test.

Put chocolate chips dug out of mixture into measuring cup and enjoy!

Give a smile for a job well done!

You can either do all the steps listed above or you can just mix everything together and chill for 30 minutes.  Roll into balls and enjoy!

I prefer doing all of the above just because she is cute!
